She hasn't dropped any weight yet but I think we're right on the verge of her being unable to eat properly. She spending a lot of time licking her food before she eats it, and that seems to be an indicator that things are worsening.
Hopefully the vet will let us take pictures. In the meantime, here's a cell phone picture of the adorable little girl begging:
